1. Returns
We accept returns for items purchased directly from Royale Elitte within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Sale or discounted items (unless stated otherwise).
4. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as for a return. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue an exchange for the item of your choice, based on availability.
5. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
